Made a terrible situation caused by a less than competent loan company's mistakes all better. I would implore anyone in the market for a loan to give Ian and crew a call. We have had 4 appointments for our air conditioning to be fixed due to problems during construction. We had severe sewer issues that caused backups in our shower and yard. Less than 30 days from closing we even experienced a roof leak.
Every single neighbor we have talked to in our development has had issues with their homes both before and after closing. It has been over 5 months since we closed and we have been constantly finding issues with the home. We have lost so much time and energy with constantly having to meet vendors and subcontractors to fix the issues in the home. We have been asking for 5 months for our windows to be properly sealed and for part of the home to be painted.
